How It Works

Our system is designed to give you complete control over your schedule while ensuring you stay busy with jobs. Here’s how it works:

 

Your Personal Calendar:

• You can block out the times you want to work in your calendar.

• For example, you can set your availability for:

• 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday.

• Saturday mornings only.

• Sunday afternoons.

 

Flexible Scheduling:

• You can plan your schedule in advance, whether you want to work six or seven days a week or take certain days off for personal commitments.

• Need Monday mornings off for school drop-offs? No problem. Want to hustle on weekends for extra income? You’ve got it.

• Once you’ve set your availability, AMD takes care of the rest.

• We’ll fill your calendar with as many jobs as you want during your chosen hours. You’ll always have a steady stream of clients.

Responsibilities of the Role

While this role comes with all the benefits of running your own business, it also comes with the responsibilities of being your own boss. That means:

Maintaining the Van and Equipment

• The van, tools, and chemicals provided by AMD must be maintained in good working order. It’s your responsibility to ensure they are cared for and ready to go for every job.

​

Covering Fuel Costs

• As you’re running your own business under the AMD brand, you’ll be responsible for covering your own petrol costs. This gives you the freedom to manage your schedule and routes efficiently, just like any independent operator.

​

Time Management

• You’re responsible for managing your schedule effectively, especially when booking multiple jobs in a single day. Ensuring jobs are completed on time and customers aren’t left waiting is key to your success.

​

Professionalism

• As the face of AMD, you are expected to uphold the company’s reputation by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor, and representing the brand with pride.

Owning Your Results

• If a customer is dissatisfied or something is missed (e.g., a dirty spot under a seat), you’re responsible for making it right. Taking pride in your work and ensuring customer satisfaction is essential.

Important: This is a Contractor Role

This is a subcontractor position, not employment. You’ll be running your own detailing business under the Adelaide Mobile Detailing (AMD) brand.

​

That means:

• You’ll be paid per job, not hourly. • You’ll need to have or apply for an ABN and register for GST.

• You’ll be responsible for managing your own tax obligations. • You’ll have full flexibility over your schedule and how much you want to work. • You’ll receive ongoing support, systems, training, and a full van and equipment setup — but you’ll be operating as your own boss.
