1. Your Personal Portal:

  • You’ll have access to a portal with your own calendar where you can block out the times you want to work.

  • For example, you can set your availability for:

  • 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday.

  • Saturday mornings only.

  • Sunday afternoons.

2. Flexible Scheduling:

  • You can plan your schedule in advance, whether you want to work six or seven days a week or take certain days off for personal commitments.

  • Need Monday mornings off for school drop-offs? No problem. Want to hustle on weekends for extra income? You’ve got it.

3. We Fill Your Calendar:

  • Once you’ve set your availability, AMD takes care of the rest.

  • We’ll fill your calendar with as many jobs as you want during your chosen hours. You’ll always have a steady stream of clients.

  • Small Weekly Rental Fee: To cover the costs of maintaining and providing the van and equipment, you’ll pay a small rental fee of $150 per week, deducted at the end of each week. This ensures you’re set up with the tools you need without the need for a large initial investment.

9. Opportunity to Grow

  • Hire your own team to help on busy days or build a full team under AMD to grow your business and income further.

Responsibilities of the Role

While this role comes with all the benefits of running your own business, it also comes with the responsibilities of being your own boss. That means:

1. Maintaining the Van and Equipment:

  • The van, tools, and chemicals provided by AMD must be maintained in good working order. It’s your responsibility to ensure they are cared for and ready to go for every job.

2. Time Management:

  • You’re responsible for managing your schedule effectively, especially when booking multiple jobs in a single day. Ensuring jobs are completed on time and customers aren’t left waiting is key to your success.

3. Professionalism:

  • As the face of AMD, you are expected to uphold the company’s reputation by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a professional demeanour, and representing the brand with pride.

  • This is part of running your own business, and while it can be a challenge, it’s something all businesses face.

4. Owning Your Results:

  • If a customer is dissatisfied or something is missed (e.g., a dirty spot under a seat), you’re responsible for making it right. Taking pride in your work and ensuring customer satisfaction is essential.
